Alex has over 20 years of experience applying user centered design methods in both consulting and corporate environments. He has led industrial design, interaction design, and human factors engineering programs to develop medical devices for home dialysis, connected drug delivery, digital health/mobile medical apps, and surgical procedures.
Alex’s background has focused on user interface intensive medical devices for patients and low skill users. Much of his human factors experience has been in areas of particular concern to the FDA: connected drug delivery/combination products and MMAs.
Alex holds a Bachelors of Industrial Design from Syracuse University.
